IPOH, Jan 18 — Property development group Team Keris Bhd (TKB) is offering discounts of up to 24% on houses, condominiums, commercial and industrial units at its property fair beginning on Jan 22 here.
Corporate Communications Vice President Anuar Abu Hassan said the fair showcases 60 completed and ongoing projects worth RM300 million located in Ipoh, Menglembu, Meru, Batu Gajah and Sungai Siput, including houses and shop units for as low as RM35,000 and RM79,000 respectively.
Some 20,000 visitors are expected at the four-day show at Menara TKB, Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah, and they stand to win a lucky draw grand prize of a RM342,800 condominium unit, he told reporters here.
The company is also responding to a recent reminder to developers by the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah, not to neglect the needs of ordinary people by building houses that are viewable but unaffordable, he said, adding now is a good time to invest in property.
