PORT DICKSON, June 12 — Property developer UDA Holdings Bhd plans to build a high-end retirement home on a 5.26-hectare site in Melaka starting next year.
Chairman Datuk Mohd Shafei Abdullah said the retirement home would be equipped with facilities such as a hospital, a place of worship and a farm.
He said the Melaka government has agreed in principle on the project and the company is awaiting the signing of the document.
